Meet your Brand Mentor, Paige Homan, a seasoned international jewelry buyer at Free People, a bohemian apparel and lifestyle retailer within the Urban Outfitters Group. With over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, Paige has honed her expertise through roles at renowned UK and Australian retailers such as ASOS and the ICONIC.
Starting her career in Australia, Paige initially worked with bricks-and-mortar multi-brand retailers and boutique stores before transitioning to online platforms. Her tenure with the sports and activewear team at the ICONIC provided invaluable insights into consumer behavior and product development, paving the way for successful brand positioning.
Paige has a knack for nurturing smaller athletic brands into international retail successes. Upon relocating to the UK, she delved into nightwear and lingerie at ASOS before returning to her passion for sportswear across genders and accessories.
Now, as part of the jewelry and accessories team at Free People in the USA, Paige's role focuses primarily on product development, sourcing, and manufacturing. Her expertise lies in curating commercial ranges, business budgeting, sales analysis, trend forecasting, and fashion brand development.
Paige is eager to meet and review new brands, offer guidance to fashion startups, and develop market entry strategies for businesses targeting multi-brand retailers in the US, UK, and Australia.

Jillian Xin is an experienced fashion buyer and merchandising expert with a strong background in supporting young designers and facilitating market entry into Greater China. Currently, she leads buying and merchandising for LABELHOOD, where she continues to foster new talent and design collections that resonate with emerging trends.
Jillian's expertise spans across China, Hong Kong, and the UK, having worked at prestigious organizations such as Lane Crawford and XINLELU. With her entrepreneurial spirit, she was instrumental in launching XINLELU, a platform that introduced independent fashion labels to Shanghai and gained significant recognition in the market.

WE are thrilled to announce the appointment of Pippa Mellor as the Head of VIC Services at WE ARE COCO.
With over 15 years of experience in the luxury fashion retail and e-commerce industry, Pippa brings her extensive expertise in private shopping and client relations to lead our new Global Private Shopping Services.
In this role, Pippa will spearhead the development of a global network of private stylists across the U.S. and the Middle East, acting as a direct point of contact for WE are COCO brands and private shoppers at prestigious our partner retailers such as Harrods, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, and Farfetch.
