Jillian Xin is a highly accomplished Buying & Merchandising Director with a rich background in the fashion industry. She currently leads the buying strategy and merchandising for LABELHOOD, a Shanghai-based retailer and incubator, where she nurtures emerging designers and supports innovative fashion brands. Jillian also serves as a Buying Consultant through her own company, XIN Projects.

Before joining LABELHOOD, Jillian held pivotal roles at Lane Crawford, where she was a senior fashion buyer responsible for launching their "Next New" department to support young talent. Her expertise in market entry, brand positioning, and collection development has helped many brands successfully navigate the Greater China market.

Jillian founded XINLELU, a multi-brand boutique and website in Shanghai, which was ranked as one of the top ten stores in the city by Time Out Magazine. She was also named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 list for her entrepreneurial success.
