Meet Your Mentor: Damian Zozman. With over 8 years of experience as a fashion buyer, Damian has built a proven track record in growing brands, opening markets, and driving double-digit sales growth. Currently Senior Fashion Buyer at PRM (Answear.com), he oversees assortments across menswear, womenswear, and kidswear, blending commercial strategy with a deep cultural understanding of streetwear, sportswear, and contemporary fashion.
Damian has introduced international names such as Entire Studios to the Polish market and managed global leaders including Adidas, Puma, New Balance, On Running, and Asics, as well as streetwear icons like Carhartt, Represent, and ROA, and fashion houses such as APC, Maison Kitsuné, and Y-3. His time at VITKAC, Poland’s top luxury department store, also equipped him with strong expertise in luxury retail and brand positioning.

With her entrepreneurial spirit, she was instrumental in launching XINLELU, a platform that introduced independent fashion labels to Shanghai and gained significant recognition in the market.

With over 15 years of experience in the luxury fashion retail and e-commerce industry, Pippa brings her extensive expertise in private shopping and client relations to lead our new Global Private Shopping Services.
In this role, Pippa will spearhead the development of a global network of private stylists across the U.S. and the Middle East, acting as a direct point of contact for WE are COCO brands and private shoppers at prestigious our partner retailers such as Harrods, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, and Farfetch.
