Anastasia Gurskaya is an accomplished Buyer with extensive experience across luxury retail markets. Currently, she leads the buying and allocation of luxury handbags and accessories for Harvey Nichols Dubai, Bloomingdale's Dubai & E-commerce, and Bloomingdale's Kuwait & E-commerce under the Al Tayer Group.

Before joining Al Tayer Group, Anastasia was a Buyer at TSUM Russia in Moscow. She brings a wealth of expertise in designer womenswear and has honed her skills in both wholesale and buying. During her tenure at Rainbowwave Showroom in London, she worked with prestigious brands like Peter Pilotto, Gabriela Hearst, and Jonathan Simkhai.

Anastasia has a knack for identifying emerging talent and has played a pivotal role in curating young brands for international markets. While working closely with Natasha Goldenberg, the renowned stylist, influencer, and former Creative Director of TSUM Moscow, Anastasia and her team were among the first globally to buy into brands like Khaite in their debut season. Her sharp eye for trends also led to introducing now-iconic names such as Jacquemus, Cecilie Bahnsen, Peter Do, and Casablanca to Russia.
